Types of People on the Street the Morning After Irene

Walking in the East Village, NoHo, and SoHo:

  • People with dogs
  • Tired parents with stroller aged children
  • Tourists shielding their maps from wind, reluctant to abandon the vacation
  • Hungover college bros in search of an open breakfast venue
