photojojo: This camera shoots photos of its own volition! You wear it, and it decides when a good moment to take a photo is. So, you can document your day in a super candid way. Autographer, a Camera That Shoots of Its Own Volition via Engadget “Its world leading technology includes a custom 136° eye view lens, an ultra small GPS unit and 5 in-built sensors. These sensors are fused by a sophisticated algorithm to tell the camera exactly the right moments to take photos.” Very cool concept. I like the positioning too: rather than framing itself as a world-changing product, à la Google Glass, it’s presented as a spontaneous way to document/explore your life. Interested to see how good its photo moment choices are; synthesizing multiple signals into smart triggers is tough work.
